Many markets have charities and outreach programs that will provide training to individuals who might be good employees for entry level positions.

Some local job board like Craigslist and Indeed have sections that provide free resumes or access to candidates who post resumes looking for a job. Some community and college boards will also provide free job listings

- The larger state colleges also have a radio station and they usually will do free announcements for any type of job event.
- Some of the college career placement offices will send email blasts to students within a certain department or throughout the college.
